I want to thank you for the very smooth transition to NXGEN/Elavon. Nobody believed me that we could complete the deployment of 400+ plug-n-play terminals in 2-waves over 10 days, but we did it! Everyone was expecting a nightmare like we had in converting to First Data 5 years ago, but there were no significant issues at all. The feedback from the branches has been very positive as well. The communication and follow-up from Elavon has been excellent.
As you know, I had 3 main things I wanted from our processor: US-based customer service, custom analytical reporting, and lower fees. NXGEN/Elavon delivered on them all!
After listening to countless sales pitches over the years and working with several processors to develop the custom reporting I wanted to help me control my fees, I was hopeful, but skeptical, when you told me you would develop the reporting tool I wanted. The resulting MerchReport.com tool is exactly the reporting tool that every other processor said was not available and could not be developed.
MerchReport.com allows me to quantify my “controllable downgrade” opportunities by reason and dollars by branch and is allowing me to go after the approximately $1 million in excess fees that we are paying due to our own controllable actions. MerchReport has so much data available in so many sorts and formats that I am still finding new applications for this powerful reporting solution.

As owners and operators of three different companies that utilize NXGEN services – including Hunter & Company LLC (an interior design showroom), Craggy Range Bar & Grill, and Crush Wine Bar – we have been very pleased with their competitive pricing, professional sales staff and unbelievably responsive customer service.
When we purchased the location at Craggy Range Bar & Grill, we ran the restaurant under the previous name for a few months to get through the high season. The morning of the day we re-opened under that name, we realized that we had not yet set up a credit card processing system. I called NXGEN.
